"Cauliflower Polanaise" is really yummy. Cook the cauli as usual. In a pan brown some breadcrumbs in butter until golden. Take a hardboiled egg or two and chop them up. Mix the chopped egg, buttery bread crumbs and cooked cauliflower together and serve. It is so delicious you may never eat cauliflower any other way again, LOL!Mom2furhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09919967314390699344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8382439490323626587.post-24541433620988375702009-04-07T12:52:00.000-04:002009-04-07T12:52:00.000-04:00Crystal and Angela, Thanks for reading and for the...Crystal and Angela,

Thanks for reading and for the comments. I will admit, when I first saw the recipe for the egg in the meatloaf, I thought it was unusual too. :) It definitely creates an interesting presentation and the flavor really is not affected. Great for one of those days you feel like going against the grain. :)

Thanks for reading!
HeatherHeather@justdoingmybesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17178042820196626824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8382439490323626587.post-53106951608382987082009-04-07T12:43:00.000-04:002009-04-07T12:43:00.000-04:00Okay, I have to ask. One of the best we have tried is basically made from a deviled egg recipe, except I chop up the eggs instead of refilling them. (Just for everyday eats). Thanks for sharing the tips though as I have some eggs languishing in the fridge right now!Angelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17438793762929989131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8382439490323626587.post-80392648175568264132009-04-07T12:27:00.000-04:002009-04-07T12:27:00.000-04:00We love eggs also and I have posted on my blog a g...We love eggs also and I have posted on my blog a great egg casserole that my kids just loved.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8382439490323626587.post-71425040983332285612009-04-07T11:50:00.000-04:002009-04-07T11:50:00.000-04:00Easter is my favorite holiday.
